If your order requires additional processing time, a member of our customer service team will contact you via email or text.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

 

Delivery Times

Shipping Costs & Free Shipping Policy

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or fees incurred.

  • Free shipping is offered for orders totaling $350 or more.

    • If returns bring the final retained value of your order below $350, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

 

Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible, items must be:

  • With all tags attached and in original packaging.

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase.

Return Costs

If your order originally qualified for free shipping but falls below the $350 threshold after returns, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return your original purchase and place a new order once the return is accepted.

 

EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must still meet our return condition requirements.

 

Refunds

We’ll notify you once your return has been received and inspected. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
