Mariana Soler
Born in 1985 in Remedios de Escalada, province of Buenos. Aires. She began studying ballet at age eight, realizing her desire to dance that she had demonstrated long before , Her first dance teacher, Beatriz Irimia, prepared her to enter la Escuela Nacional de Danzas. During her career as a classical dancer she was chosen for the institutional ballet with which she did numerous performances at major theaters, such as the Teatro General San Martin, Maipo, Alvear, and the Teatro Colon among others. At the same time she improved her dance by working with important teachers such as Alejandro Totto and Juana Lederer, among others, and she discovered the world of biomechanics and stretching with the help of Alfredo Gurquel and Nadia Freedom.
After finishing her studies, thanks to the unconditional support of her mother and brother, she received the title of National Teacher of Classical Dance.
She joined dance companies as the prima ballerina, giving her the opportunity to travel and share her art, and then began to enter the world of contemporary dance and modern jazz, with the help of her beloved teacher Marcela Alvedro.
Her search has not yet finished… her desires for today are, to keep adding to her experiences, with what she likes doing most in life… dancing. That's how she discovered DNI, the world of tango and the TTC technique, something so new to her, and surprising.
She started in our school as a teacher of ballet and stretching, Today, after much effort and dedication and being a part of the company and the staff of tango teachers at the school, she found a new passion: to teach.
