Jonny Lambert

Born and raised in the mountains of Colorado, in central USA, Jonny decided to travel to Europe at seventeen years of age. His trip, that lasted 6 months, became an adventure of eight years, which included living, studying, and working, in England, Greece, and Holland. After graduating in Business Engineering and working in consultancy for international companies such as Shell, IBM and Philips, Jonny felt the need to go to a new continent and this time the choice was South America.
Shortly after arriving in Buenos Aires, in January 2008, Jonny found DNI and took his first steps in tango. One year, hundreds of hours of classes and countless milonga nights later; Jonny took his first steps in tango professionally: and began as an assistant in Tango Week 2008 and is currently responsible for beginner classes at DNI, while continuing his training with the DNI company.
Besides that Jonny is a tireless sailor, who has traveled more than 12,000 miles that took him to visit more than 14 countries. His journey hasn't ended yet but we are happy that his adventure has brought him to Buenos Aires and the world of tango.
